In order to revitalize the sports industry, companies that support sports (advertisers) should use the assets not only as part of the promotion for just getting awareness, but also to improve the value of existing businesses and to create new business by utilizing the power of its contents in order to build a sustainable relationship between the companies and the industry. Also, for that purpose, leagues and clubs (sports business owners) need to consider how the contents they own can contribute to the advertiser's business and propose. In this session, based on the environmental change in the sports industry, we will introduce some measures for strengthening existing business utilizing sports, new business creation and the idea creation method by using the consulting methodology (value creation framework) that is actually provided as our consulting services.
